Please note that MILKSTAR and its partners are not liable for lost, stolen, incorrectly addressed, or misplaced packages. Once your package has been dispatched from our fulfillment center and is in the hands of the carrier, we relinquish control for its delivery. RETURNS
No exchanges of refunds are available unless it results from an error on our end. Mistakes must be identified within 7 days of receiving the item otherwise your order will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
